Dan's Happy Birthday Day!!

Last Friday was Dan's birthday and we both took the day off to celebrate!! We had a wonderful relaxing day, just like Dan likes!! It started off with him picking anything he wanted for breakfast...he picked peanut butter and jelly English muffins...too easy! Then it was time for presents!! After that we both got ready to go to my hair stylist to get Dan's hair cut, his idea, he had not gotten one in so long. Since he moved over here he didn't have a stylist of his own so he was a little worried to try someone new but Amie took good care of him!! The new haircut looks great! After that lunch at his favorite restaurant and then back to rest for about thirty minutes...we had a surprise to get to that he didn't know about...an hour and a half couples massage at Essentials Spa! It was so nice!! Even better than the one last year! Then we hit the steam rooms and relaxed. Back at home Dan had a lot of phone calls to take and return. Just enough time to watch one DVRed show then it was time to get ready for dinner. We tried a new place, Foreman's steakhouse, wonderful food but a little too busy because of it being a Friday night, but yummy nonetheless. Back at home we had a few friends and family join us for Dan's favorite homemade Peanut Butter Pie and a round of his new Buzz Quiz Show PS3 game. What a wonderful day! Even Dan who hates to celebrate his own birthday said it was a great day! I am so glad he was born!! ...cheesy I know, but I cant help it!
