Ever since Dan and I stopped training for triathlons I have been gaining weight like crazy! I have always been very active, but turned it up a couple of notches to start training for triathlons with Dan, I guess my body got use to it because its is so stubborn now and I cant seem to lose weight that use to be easy to drop. So like everyone else it seems my New Years resolution is to lose weight!! Not a crazy amount, 15 pounds and I would be happy. I plan on doing it slowly and the old fashion way, watching what I eat, and exercising! Meanwhile my first day back at work and I think I am getting the cold everyone in my family had while on break.
